a. Instructions for Journal

1. Adherence to the Ethical Guidelines: Managers including the director, the chief editor, the editorial board, the internal director, the editor, should obey the rules and the ethical guidelines in practice.
2. Protecting Intellectual Property: Copyright laws and other literary works should be protected by the publication and the rights of individuals at the time of publication.
3. Making Fair Decisions: Decision on articles at any stage regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnicity, citizenship of the writers.
4. Confidentiality of Information: The personal information of the authors should be completely confidential for all persons who have access to it, such as the editor, the editorial staff, the internal and executive editorial staff, and other active agents, such as reviewers, advisers, editors and publisher of the depositor (other than the relevant author). Protection should be apply all the time.
5. Secret Evaluation: Under double-blind review the identity of the reviewers and the authors are hidden from each other. They should not disclose their identity to each other during the evaluation process.

b. Instructions for Reviewers

1. Contribution to Editorial Decisions: Reviewers assist the Editor-in-Chief in making editorial decisions and, through the editorial communication with the author, may also assist the author in improving the manuscript.
 2. Promptness: Any invited referee who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a manuscript knows that its timely review will be impossible should immediately notify the Editor-in-Chief so that alternative reviewers can be contacted. 
3. Confidentiality: Any manuscripts received for review are treated as confidential documents.
4. Standards of Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively. Reviewers should express their views clearly with supporting arguments. Personal, political, racial, and religious criticism of the author should be avoided.
5. Acknowledgement of Sources: All references and citations should be accompanied by complete bibliographic reference.

c. Instructions for Authors

1. The corresponding author should officially declare that his article will not be forwarded to another journal until the results are announced (A maximum of six months from the time of delivery to the journal). The submitted article should not be presented or published in any conference (domestic, national or international). Obviously the legal responsibility for this lies with the author (s).
2. In collective articles or extracted ones from the thesis, which is written under the supervision of a supervisor, the supervisor's name should be mentioned.
3. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others they are responsible to ensure that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. 
4. The articles should be done based on scientific research and reliable sources. Avoid sensitive, immoral, personal, racial, fake and anonymous topics and quotes.
5. When submitting an article, the author's name and surname and some other specifications (academic rank, contact number, university, and email address) are required.
6. Submitting a published or accepted articles to other journals is in contrast with ethical cods.
7. Proper Referencing: Reference involves listing all books, journals and websites and other research in the bibliography. The full specifications of the references should be in line with the style sheet of the journal 
8. Citing the corresponding author and article contributors: The corresponding author is the one who is prepared and wrote the article. Other authors are cited as contributors in the article. The authors should have read the article and agreed to submit it. 
9. Financial Sponsors: In the case of financial support, their name should be mentioned in the article.
10. Plagiarism: The author should submit the article. All authors are responsible for the authenticity of the work. The journal is required to authenticate the article. Examples of plagiarism are:

1. Submitting an article of others in your own name.
2.  Mentioning the names of authors and researchers who have no role in the article.
3. Copying or duplicating significant portions of another article in your own name, although the article is not published.
4. Providing the results of the researches of others in their own name.
5. Republishing a single article in several journals.
6. Using invalid data or manipulating research data.

In the case of invalidity and plagiarism, the journal will follow legal actions depending on extent of the plagiarism, without any leniency or dissembling: 

1. The article will be rejected. In case of publishing, it will be removed from the websites.
2. The names of authors will be saved in the institute's blacklist.
3. The judicial and legal pursuit will be reserved for the journal.
4. The case of plagiarism will be informed to the relevant university in an official letter.
5. The plagiarism will be informed to the databases (ISC, SID, Noormags, Magiran) where the author (s) have benefited from his or her invalid paper in an official letter.
